Orders are dispatched approximately 15 business days after payment, as we need to let the plants dry up and initiate outbound plant inspection and quarantine procedures.

Live plants experience stress while maintaining their metabolism in the shipping box. Water, a byproduct of plant respiration, can lead to dampness in the box upon receipt. Proper dehydration, which requires 7-15 days depending on weather conditions, reduces humidity, preventing plant rotting or diseases.

For orders of 13 Plants or more, stocking begins upon receipt of your USDA-approved plant permit.

As shipments may freeze or rot at extremely low (below 0°C / 32°F) or high (above 30°C / 86°F) temperatures, we cannot make ship plants during cold winters and hot summers.

We will happily cancel your order if a cancellation request is received within 48 hours after your order is placed. Orders that are drying up or ready to be shipped are ineligible for cancellation.

Your order is carefully handpicked and packed, and we include a name tag with each shipment.

However, parcel shipments and customs inspections are beyond our control. Minor damages will gradually heal as the plants grow. For severely damaged plants, please refer to our return policy.

The site is secured and safe, powered by Shopify. Retail order payment will be processed through Paypal.

Live plants are perishable items that cannot be returned for a refund; however, we will issue a store credit in the case of

• Severe damage/etiolation
• Wrong item shipped

Please provide your order number along with photos of both the packaging and the plants, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please refrain from disposing of the plants or packaging, as the carrier may request their return.

Unfortunately, store credits will not be issued for the following:

• Minor etiolation
• Minor leaf damage or loss
• Minor differences/loss of color
• Cluster separation
• Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

All plant photos are taken under photography fill lights and have no filter effects added.

When it comes to our specimens, we aim to showcase their main characteristics clearly and ship plants that closely resemble those pictured in our inventory.

If the plants are pictured individually, you'll receive the exact plant as pictured.

As the old saying goes, "No two leaves are the same." Live plants are inherently unique, exhibiting variations in color, shape, and growth influenced by factors such as the time of year and environmental conditions.

When it comes to plant measurements, The term "2 in/5 cm" typically refers to a measurement greater than or equal to 2 in/5 cm but less than 3 in/7.5 cm. Similarly, "3 in/7.5 cm" would indicate a measurement greater than or equal to 3 in/7.5 cm but less than 4 in/10 cm, and so on.

The specification refers to the plants' sizes before desoiling. Plants may shrink due to dehydration and fade during long-distance transportation.

They will return to their previous state once the roots resume growth and the leaves' moisture content returns to normal.

We ship using FedEx International Economic, with an average shipping time of about 5 to 7 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Chargeable weight is determined by actual gross weight or volumetric weight, with the greater weight considered. Generally, volumetric weight is applied for padded and boxed plants shipping by Air.

Adjusting your order quantity using the shipping weight information will help save on shipping costs. By clicking on the Shipping Weight tab in each item listing and considering the plant size and weight, you can optimize your order to save on shipping expenses.

According to the requirements of the US Department of Agriculture, a Plant Permit (PPQ587) is required for shipments of 13 succulent plants or more. The mailing label (PPQ508)should be attached to the outside of the shipping box.

Please send the approved plant permit and mailing label (PDF format) to us by email before shipment. Both the PPQ587 permit and the PPQ508 mailing label are valid for three years.

Buyers are responsible for all tariffs, fees, and taxes. In most cases, the personal exemption is US$800. With a retail value between US$800 and US$1800, a flat 4% duty applies.

Strict regulations govern live plant entry as personal items in many countries, which carry the risk of refusal or seizure by local customs, even for small quantities.
